One BIG screen.

When launched, the 17” OLED screen was cutting edge tech.

Housed within a large acrylic tube, this spinning hyperboloid sculpture drew in audiences across the globe.

The illusion of growth.

The lattice work hyperboloid was made from a rich red bungee cord, weaved into and around a spinning chrome plinth.

Arranged into an offset pattern, the tapered stucture when spun created the illustion of growth.

Opening up like the pettles of a leaf, towards the OLED screen above.

Created for the stage

A total of Twenty bespoke displays were produced and shipped around the globe. Supporting the highly sucessful launch of LG’s OLED TV.

Growth in motion.

Sadly this low quality prototype video, is the only media showing the ‘growing effect’ of the scupture as it slowly spins within the tube.
